Thank you card and tutorial for a pop up double box card.

Hello everyone.

Here is a simple thank you card, the image were printed from Moonbeam Meadow cd-rom for a quick card.

For the card

Here is a tutorial for double size pop up box card. It can fit C5 envelope.

 

You will need 2 A4 cards. Cut one of the A4 card to meassure 11" by 6". Then score at 2 3/4", 8 1/4". Turn the card and score at 2 3/4" all the way. Cut the lanes at 2 3/4" to the folded lane.

Your card should to look like this image shown below.

Here below I'm showing the edgeable sentiment die wich fits perfectly the centre of the front pop up box card.

For the second A4 card. Cut the card measuring 6 1/2" by 6". Score the 1/2" at the both sides of the card. Then cut the sides to 2 3/4" length and the remaining folded edges will be attached to the other half of the card with the strong tape. Here is the image below showing where to fold and to cut.

 Here are two parts of the pop up box card.

I added the red tape to both sides of the card showing below.

By putting cards together start with one side first.

Then stick the other side.

Here are some strips for the pop up box card they have to measure length 6 1/2" and width 1/2" or 3/4". I'm finding that 3/4" width of the stripe is better for holding the flowers, flourishes and other die cuts. Add the strips to the box card you will need two.

And here is the pop up box which you can decorate the way you like it.

Roses, Birthday card

Hello everyone.

Just sharing a birthday card with some rose frame and rose background. Is a simple design and easy to make. I cut the rose frame and corners with pearlescent card which the colour is matching with tattered rose distressed ink. I layered the corners onto white card and cut it around.

For 6x6 card

Tonic rose frame and corner die set,

Sue Wilson embossing folder bed of roses,

Tattered lace pin dot square and oval frames dies,

Justrite sentiment,

Distressed ink tattered rose,

Pearls and ink.

Deepest Sympathy

Hello everyone.

Here is a Sympathy card I made for our family and friends.
I made two similar cards but forgot to take photo of another card. 

Sadly we had to go to two funerals last december.

For the card 

Hunkydory poppy stamps embossed with white embossing powder,

I applied Aqua markers to the card and added some water with water brush,
Blue colours Aqua markers,

Tattered lace dies,
Papermill Card,

Justrite stamps.

Mother's day

Just uploading another card today,

 I made this card for my MIL. It was a quick card, i hope she will like this card.
