Daisies Birthday card

Hello everyone.

Sharing a birthday card with some of Lisa Horton Crafts stamps and dies.

For this card I used Lisa Horton crafts

Daisy Burst dies and stamps,

Essential words,

Edgecutz- Essential edges, 

Stencil Retro Petals,

Pearls.

Distress Oxide inks,

Gansai Tambi gold paints.

For the background effect I blended Distress Oxide inks to the stencil, sprayed water to stencil and then added to a card.

MDF Tag Canvas

Hello everyone.


Sharing a canvas made with MDF tags and a background using beautiful stamps and stencils.

For the canvas I used

Lisa Horton crafts MDF tags and panel,

Majestic and Jewelled butterflies stamps,

Trailing foliage Ivy stamp set,

Daisy Burst stamp,

Nested banners dies,

Bubble wrap, Script stencils,

Mica powders,

Sisal,

Gold embossing powder,

White card,

Inks and glue gun.

I used the panel at the back of tags with hot glue gun.

 Added white gesso paint to the edges of tags as you can see on the photo.

I blended dye inks with stencils randomly to the white card, used purple and green colour inks.

I drawn around the canvas with pencil on the back of blended card, also I marked little dots where the little holes of the tags are. 

Cut around the card then I draw lines of the edge around 0,4 cm to make slightly smaller then the canvas itself.

I used my punch holes and punched holes from the back of the card where I marked little dots.

As you can see the photo above, the card shape is slightly smaller the the canvas.

I did added some splatter by mixing some ink with water on acetate and adding to the card. Used distress tool for the edges and tore some edges little bit and blended some ink around the edges.

I stamped some daisies and ivy with inks, some daisies I stamped with Versa mark sticky ink and added pink mica powder to the stamped flowers. Then glued the patterned card with tacky glue to mdf tag canvas.

Stamped the butterflies and Ivy coloured them with distress inks using a bit of water. Fussy cut out the butterflies and ivy. I mixed little bit of pink mica with water and coloured the butterflies on top of red colour. Stamped the sentiment with Versa mark sticky ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I layered some ivy and butterflies into canvas before gluing them as you can see the photo above.

Dream Big MDF Tag

Hello everyone.

Sharing a tag sample using new butterflies stamps from Lisa Horton crafts.
Come and join Lisa on Create and craft 21st of April for new crafty goodies and demos 8-15 am and 4-30 pm.

For the tag I used

Lisa Horton crafts MDF tag,

 Majestic butterflies stamp, 

Crackle stencil,

 Gold, green and blue mica powders, 

Ticker phrases stamp, Grey board keys, Sisal.

Texture paste,

Black card Papermilldirect,

Sakura gold pen,

Ribbon and paper raffia,

Versa mark ink.

White gold wax,

Distress tool.

I mixed texture paste with gold mica powder and applied into black card. When the paste dried I cut around MDF tag shape. Distressed the edges with distress tool or you can use scissors. Glued the black card to tag.

Stamped this beautiful butterfly using Versa Mark sticky ink into black card. Using little soft brush I applied the mica powders starting at the wings first with blue mica, then green mica and gold at the center of butterfly. Fussy cut the butterfly and glued to the tag with some white Sisal. 

For the keys I covered them with gold wax and added some raffia ribbon, Glued the keys with with hot glue gun at the bottom of the tag.

Stamped the sentiment into white card and cut it around leaving a bit border. Used gold pen around the sentiment and glued on top of butterfly.

Shaker card 16th birthday

I added a splash of white gold paint Gansai Tambi with water to the background for little sparkle.

Cocktail cards

Hello everyone.

Sharing some cocktail cards with stencil backgrounds.

For 6x4 cards

Crafters companion Gemini cocktail time die and stamp set,

I embossed the image with gold and enchanted gold embossing powders and coloured with distressed inks using waterbrush.

 I used Tonic patterned panel die as a stencil for the backgrounds on two of the cards.
